EasyCaster Alarm: air raid alerts on air automatically
The program watches air raid alerts in chosen oblasts, raions and hromadas of Ukraine. When an alert starts or ends, it presses a hotkey in your playout or vision mixer, runs a program or sends a webhook.

Works with
Any program that acts on hotkeys. Broadcasters use Alarm with:
- Sound EmpireKeys on effects or manual lists. The effects group with the key must be open.
- vMixKeys on an input, overlay or script.
- OBS StudioKeys on scenes and sources.
Good to know
- Alarm is not an official warning system. Alert data comes from a third-party service (siren.pp.ua), polled every 3 seconds; it can be late or unavailable.
- If the alert service does not answer, the program shows an error. Test the on-air signals on a test output before relying on them.
- The playout or mixer must be running before Alarm starts. If they run as administrator, run Alarm the same way.
- Alarm reacts the same way to every alert the service reports for a region: air raid, artillery threat, street fighting.
- The program's interface is in Ukrainian.
Questions
Alarm activates the playout, but the key does nothing
Check that the key is assigned in the playout itself and that the right tab or effects group is open. Try the same key in OBS or vMix: if it works there, the playout settings are the cause.
“Cannot load alert information”
The alert service is down or has changed its data format. Install the latest Alarm; if the error stays, write to us.
