• The player version and the update check are in the title bar, as in Transcoder and Prompter: "⟳ 2.2.3"; a click checks for updates, "⬆" means a new version is out.

• The player updates itself: it checks for new versions, shows what changed and installs the update when you press "Update now" or close the player. "⬆ version" in the title bar; the check is in "About".
• Installs for the current user, without administrator rights or a separately installed .NET. On first start it removes the old 2.1 version itself (one Windows prompt); settings and playlists are kept.
• Russian interface. On first start the player follows the Windows language.
• New contacts: easycaster.net, support@easycaster.net, Telegram @livetv_help.
• FFmpeg 6.1 libraries under the LGPL, with SRT, RIST and HTTPS.
• Help fixed: Shift saves a snapshot to a folder you choose, Alt opens the snapshot folder.
